The Georgian Court, a portion of the larger East Amour Blvd. project, became the recipient of the prestigious ‘Timmy Awards’ for the adaptive re-use of a historic building in Kansas City, Missouri.  Capital Consultants performed the role of Owner’s Representative for this project which included soliciting the general contractor and architect, negotiating the contracts, assisting in the development of the project scope of work, and representing the Owner during all aspects of the construction phase.
